Puppy/Small Dog Leash

These are handmade puppy/small dog leashes designed and handmade using our own combination of retired climbing rope, accessory cord, and a strong climbing carabiner. 

All proceeds from the sales of these leashes will be donated to Golden Retriever Freedom Rescue in December of each year for  Colorado Gives Day.

Our design has survived rigorous testing over the last 5 years, having been used amongst various dog breeds of all ages. It has proven to be strong and durable with an added bonus of knowing that the rope is getting a second life.

This leash design has been put through the test. Chewed, tugged, dragged through the dirt, driven over, snowed on, salt watered, sanded, and more. Dirty or smelly? These suckers are machine washable! Just remove the carabiner and toss the rope in! 

Our goal in this design was to create a dog leash that contained zero harmful materials like metal or rubber while also saving rope that was still good by our standards from being thrown away. We wanted a safe, eco-friendly, dog leash, that if chewed on or over time with wear and tear, the rope wouldn’t expose any hidden materials that can potentially harm the dog and/or make the leash look less appealing. Our intentions with these leashes are to avoid them becoming a hazard and avoid the landfills they were originally headed for.
